Do I need to supply my own cleaning supplies?

No, I bring all my own cleaning supplies including my own broom, vacuum (Shark Professional), and steamer (Shark Genius Steam Mop). However, you are more than welcome to supply any cleaning supplies and/or equipment that you prefer I use.

What type of cleaning supplies do you use?

I use the following cleaning products: Simple Green, Clorox toilet wand, Lime Away Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Clorox wipes, Kaboom Bathroom Cleaner, Easy-Off Oven Cleaner, Sprayway window spray, Pledge spray, microfiber cleaning cloths, Weiman Stainless Steal cleaner & polish, and Method Daily Granite spray.

What if I don't like your cleaning supplies and want you to use the ones I provide? 

You’re more than welcome to provide your own cleaning supplies.

Are there any cleaning services you don’t provide?

I do not clean rentals, and I do not wash dishes by hand or provide laundry services.

*Please note due to insurance reasons I do not move heavy furniture or appliances. If you would like for me to clean behind or under these items I ask that you please move said items prior to cleaning, otherwise I won’t be able to perform said services.*

Is there anything I should do prior to my cleaning?

The only thing I ask is to pick up any items that you feel would be in the way of cleaning, make me aware of any areas you may want special attention to during that cleaning, and lastly make sure I am able to get in. I am pet friendly however, if your pet isn't human friendly I ask that you please put your animal away.

Will there be other employees that come with you?

At this time I am the only employee. By being the only employee I’m able to provide for my clients on a more personal level, as well as provide a sense of ease knowing the same person is entering their home and performing said services.

Is there any reason you would not clean my house? 

Yes, due to sanitary and safety reasons I cannot clean your home if it’s infested with fleas, bedbugs, cockroaches, and/or human/animal waste.

Can I leave my pets in the home while you’re cleaning? 

Yes, I’m pet friendly. However, I do ask that you be respectful and if your animal is not people friendly or barks nonstop, that you please separate your pet from the area that I’m working in. For sanitary and safety reasons, I’m not permitted to clean flea infested homes or pick up animal waste.

 

Do I need to be home while you’re cleaning?

No, you do not have to be home at the time of service. 

 

If I’m not home while you’re cleaning how do you get in? 

I want both my clients and myself to feel comfortable. I have clients who provide me keys to their property, some have key pad entries that they have provided me the code, and others leave their door unlock and have me lock it before I leave. 

 

*If you live in the territories there is also the option of adding me to the key retention list. If you decide that this option is best for you please note I won’t be able to start until 8:30AM, as the owner’s club does not open until 8:30AM.

What if I need to reschedule? 

Life happens and things come up, all that I ask is you do so within 24 hours prior to your next appointment. Please note I charge a 50% cancelation fee for services cancelled less then 24 hours prior to your next appointment and are non emergency and not related to an illness. 

 

How do I go about paying you? 

When I’m finished with my service(s) I will send you an invoice via QuickBooks to the email address that you provide. Invoices are due within 24 hours of receiving.

 

What type of payment do you accept? 

I take cash, checks, or QuickBooks offers a bank to bank transfer offer through the invoice that is sent directly to your email.
